Pay the amount agreed or quoted :

  1. Full Payment for “PLAN READY”
  2. 50% Payment for Customized Plans (Plans that needs customization, or modification), remaining 50% to be settled before we plot and blueprint the plans.
  3. Payment Options are available below, just choose what payment option you are comfortable with:

After confirmation of your payment,

  1. PDF Package / CAD Package – Allow at least 24 hrs for us to deliver/send the package via your email address (FOR READY PLANS only)
  2. Blueprint package – Allow at least 4-6 days to deliver the package via LBC (due to plotting, blueprinting, sign and sealing of plans and preparation of the complete documents)
  3. For Package with Modifications and Customization, allow at least 3 to 4 weeks to deliver.

[su_spoiler title=”STEP 4.) REQUIREMENTS (FOR BLUEPRINT PACKAGE ONLY)” open=”no” style=”default” icon=”plus” anchor=”” class=””]

For Blueprint Package only, below are additional steps and requirements:

  1. Location Map – This is needed to locate the proposed building from your town. Also we need this in the first page together with the perspective and site dev. Sample as linked : Location Map (Mark it with red or indicate the location of your lot approximately)
  2. Lot Survey Plan – We need this for the site development and in the design. Sample as linked: Lot Survey Plan
    ( Please note that we need this more than the others as a pre-requisite before we even start completing the plans to ensure that the design will fit your lot.)
  3. Building Permit application forms (including sanitary & electrical permit forms). You have to secure a copy of the form from your municipality then send through LBC to:
